DOVEDALE 40
 

This year we celebrated the 40th Anniversary of the opening of the school on September 12th 1968.

Special activities took place during the week beginning September 15th. These included:

• Beetle Drives for the children

• 60's Dancing and Music Workshops for the Juniors

• A celebration evening for ex members of staff and friends of the school

• Children's 60's Discos

During the week the children studied many aspects of life during the 1960's. It was a very enjoyable and special time at the school. Thanks go to all who helped and who provided many resources for the children to examine.
